Green Juice Recipes
Great Iron Juice
Juicing helps release nutrients making them more available for your body to use. This combination will help you build your blood.
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 medium cucumber
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 1/3 lb spinach
Blood Purifier Juice
Juices that purify the blood will help beautify the skin. Juice and mix together the following:
- 1 medium red potato
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 carrots
- handful watercress
Potassium Special
Juice together for a boost of potassium to your diet:
- 1 medium red potato
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 stalks celery
- 3 bunches parsley
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 small zuchini
Vegetable Power Coctail
Use spring greens or summer greens for this power drink:
- 4 cups greens
- 4 cups sprouts
- 1 cup kale
- 1 large beet
- large handful of wheat grass
Juice and mix together for a boost in energy.
Insulin Help
Struggling with insulin? Try this combination of veggies juiced.
- 1/4 lb brussels sprouts
- 1/4 lb string beans
- 2 carrots
- 1/4 head lettuce
C-E Drink
Juice together for vitamin help:
- 1/2 lb spinach
- 4 leaves lettuce
- handful watercress
- 1 large carrot
- 1/2 sweet green pepper
Juice Fast Cleanse
Juice and drink through out the day. This fast has been used by many for up to 21 days. When juice fasting do not chew. Drink plenty of water and clean the bowel often with colonics, enema, or colon hydrotherapy. Dilute the juice with 1/2 water
- 4 - 6 carrots
- 2-4 celery stalks
- medium potato
- medium beet
- 1 apple (optional)
Green Power Juice
Juice the following:
- 2-3 stalks celery
- 1 cucumber
- 2-3 large leaves kale
- 4-5 large leaves lettuce
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup parsley
This is a very nutritious drink. Parsley has a strong flavor so add it gradually and don't overdo. Dilute with pure water if desired.
Beet and Wheat Juice
Juice and add mix together the juices of:
- Large handful of Wheat grass
- 1 medium beet
- 1 large or 2 medium cucumbers
Basic Greens Juice
Juice the following and mix juices together for a wonderful drink:
- 4 cups sprouts
- 4 cups greens
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium sweet red pepper
- 1 large cucumber
- medium handful of wheat grass
- 2-4 medium sprigs parsley
Great Garden Greens
- 4 cups green tops
- 2 cups kale or collard greens
- 3 stalks celery
- 4 cups sprouts
Green And Good
Use things that grow in the early spring while they are tender Juice and enjoy.
- 4 cups sprouts
- 4 cups greens
- 1/2 cup dandelion greens
- 1/4 sup scallion
- 1 cup carrots
Power Vegetable Drink
Juice the following:
- up to 3 carrots
- 2 large stalks celery
- 5 sprigs parsley
- 3 to 4 handfuls cut wheat grass
Carrots are quite sweet and will raise the glycemic index so you will want to dilute this with water and try to make it 80% green juice.
