Policy

 

Shipping:

 

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
  • JuicersandJuicing.com ships only to verifiable address locations inside the Continental U.S. ** Shipping to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or other countries, contact us to see if we can ship to you and for the shipping charges.
  • Some of our products are eligible for shipping through USPS, but not all.  For this reason we need a physical address as well as a P.O. Box number for those of you who have P.O Box numbers as part of your address.
  • In stock merchandise will be shipped within 24-48 hours on business days. 
  • All UPS and FedEx Ground shiments take between 1-7 business days to arrive. 
  • If you would like the optional USPS or Expedited shipping please contact us.
  • While UPS may deliver on Saturday, JuicersandJuicing.com doesn't not offer the UPS Saturday delivery service option at this time. 
     
  • If you require your merchandise sooner, contact us and JuicersandJuicing.com will work closely with you to help you meet your deadline.
  • For most of our products, we will have it on the way to you as soon as your payment is received by us. We do carry some products made by Breville that are hard to keep in stock because of their popularity.  For this reason, we take advance orders and ship as soon as they are available.  For advance orders we do not charge your credit card until the product is available.  As soon as the product is shipped to you we will provide tracking information to you through email.

Payment:

 

  • JuicersandJuicing.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 
  • We also accept Debit Cards that have the Visa or MasterCard logo on them. 
  • Orders can be paid using PayPal, check or money order.  When paying by check or money order, it must be through PalPal and funds must be received by us prior to shipping to you.
  • NOTE:  All credit card orders require a valid billing address in the United States.

Return Procedure:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise.  Please contact JuicersandJuicing.com Customer Service at info@juicersandjuicing.com to obtain return authorization.  An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the invoice/ship date. Any items that are returned without a RMA or using an
    expired RMA will be rejected.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.

Products ELIGABLE for Return:

  • Defective items are considered a Manufacturer warranty issue and you need to contact the Manufacturer within 30 days of the invoice/ship date on those.  Most manufacturers will work directly with the end users to resolve these issues.
  • Non-defective unopened items are accepted for return within 30 days of the invoice/ship date.  A restocking fee of up to 20%  to 25% will be assessed.

Shipping Damage s:

  • Items that are damaged in shipping MUST be noted with delivery carrier before delivery is accepted.  Then contact us for information about how the shipping claim is to be handled.

Products NOT ELIGIBLE for Return:

  • Non-defective opened items are not eligible for return for any reason.
  • Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return.

Customer Satisfaction / Buyers Remorse

  • Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging.
  • We only accept returns on merchandise that is new and in resellable condition.  This means that all original color boxes, manuals and packaging must be included and in good condition.
  • Items that have been used or are otherwise not in resellable condition will not be refunded.
  • Returns must be made within 60 days of original purchase and customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed (i.e., the manufacturer's box and packaging packed inside your shipping box) with the RMA number displayed on the outside of your shipping box, along with the number of boxes being shipped back (i.e., 1 of 6, 2 of 6).

  • When you purchase from us, we collect your contact information   in order to ship out products  
  • Communicate tracking, delivery and product information to you
